The Sunday Post #54

the sunday post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blogs for the week ahead.

It’s so hard to believe that we are almost half way through June already. It was a busy week all the way around. With neighbor kids in and out with my kids, to the blog being busy, sometimes I wonder if I’m coming or going. My husband is official a solo driver now, and is doing great, Zig zaging across the states. I’m still learning how to use the whole Windows 8 thing, jeez it’s a little on the complicated side. I got some reading done, and scheduled my post for next week, so I am happy. I got some amazing books this week and won a couple that I thought my son would like too. :)

Oh dang, it is almost halfway through June, which means it’s almost the end of June, or almost halfway through this year. I cannot believe how fast the year is going by! I got Where the Stars Still Shine as well and I’m looking forward to checking it out :)

We have neighbor kids that are here all the time too, so it is hectic for sure. :)

Love your book haul. I can’t wait to see what you think of Antigoddess. It looks absolutely amazing. I know what you mean about Windows 8. I tried using it and got too annoyed lol. Have a great week and thanks for stopping by my Sunday Post :)

You’ve had a busy week, and you got some great-looking books, too! The books by H. M. Bolton look like fun. Are they MG or YA? I also need to check out Awaken. Something about that cover really appeals to me!

Have a great week, and enjoy your new books!

I still need to read Dare You To. I know I can’t believe June is flying by. Glad things are going well for you. I am sorry you were having problems commenting on my blog. I hopefully have it all fixed. Please let me know if you can’t so I can contact Typepad again.

I just keep trying, still doesn’t let me comment. No matter how I sign in. :( It is so hard to believe we are this far into the year. Time is flying by. :)

Wow been a busy week for you! I really disliked windows 8. My mom had it and when I was visiting I refused to use her laptop HAHA

Awesome haul and I hope you have a good week :)

Window 8 OMG. It’s great on my little ultrabook, but I can’t imagine it on anything without a touchscreen!
I can’t wait to see your review of Dare You To, I’ve heard awesome things about the series.
Thanks so much for stopping by my STS

Woo it’s almost through June meaning it’s getting closer to my (and my boyfriend’s) birthday! :P I do want it to slow down a bit though…it seems things pick up when I’m have more review books to get through. I’m sorry Windows 8 is a pain…I’ve heard it’s not the easiest to use.
