the sunday post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blogs for the week ahead.

It was a little calmer at my house this week. Got a little bit of reading done, and I’m going to start the audio book of Cress this week and I am pretty excited. Got a couple of new review books and the books that I ordered. They were so pretty, I just wanted to pet them all. ;)

I just loved Cress! Those books have gotten better with each one for me. I hope you enjoy it! Looks like you got some good ones this week. I haven’t decided if I’ll pick up Kami Garcia’s new series or not. I kind of had a falling out with the Caster Chronicles series. Enjoy your new books!

Ahhhh, I love petting books, too! I think the girls at the library think I’m a bit nutso! At least there’s a few other girls I work with who understand the itch to pet! I hope we never lose physical books!!! You got some great books, too!!! I can’t wait for the Spark and the Burn to come out, I loved Between the Devil!

You find the best books, too! Winter Queen has such a gorgeous cover! Hope you have another quiet week (hope I didn’t jinx ya)!

I am looking forward to your review of Killer Frost next week. I just received my copy of the book eysterday. I read somewhere it’s the last book in the series, I’ll be sad to see this series ending.
I am really looking forward to starting Jennifer Armentrout her The Dark Elements series, it sounds so good!

It’s been a while since I listened to an audio book and I’m itching to listen to one again. But gosh, they can be so expensive. :) I have Cinder on my TBR shelf since late last year but I haven’t gotten around to reading it. I hope I can start soon so I can get to the rest of the books in the series. :)

Great haul, by the way. Happy reading and have a great week ahead!

How fun that you are reading Cress!! It a nice when you get a quite week at the house. This week I am busy pulling wallpaper off a wall and that has been soooo awful. Next week I will finally actually paint the room.

    Happy Sunday!

I can’t believe I still haven’t purchased a copy of Cress yet…I’m trying to be patient and wait a little while longer but I think it’s killing me. I need to get started on my audiobooks again, it’s been a couple of months since I’ve listened to one and I sort of miss it. I hope you have a lovely week Jenea!
