The Sunday Post #10

Posted by Jenea in Just Talking / 23 Comments

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

This was a much better week than the last. I have a new water heater. All is well now. It’s hard to believe that the summer is almost over for my kids. They start school Tuesday. My daughter is so excited and my son just groans every time it is mentioned. It’s gonna be quiet at my house during the day. Just me and the dogs. *will be reading* I did have a great week here on the blog. I posted a cover reveal for Options by Abbi Glines on Tuesday. And reviews for Pushing The Limits by Katy McGarry, Fever by Lauren DeStefano, and If I Stay and Where She Went by Gayle Forman. I participated in two meme’s, the Waiting on Wednesday and What’s Next. Defiance by C.J. Redwine won the What’s Next meme. So I am reading it right now, which is fun because it on my laptop. I have a few reviews to post this week too. On Monday my review for Wake by Amanda Hocking will be posted. And reviews for Amber House by Kelly Moore and The Mephisto Covenant by Trinity Faegen. I received some goodies this week, so I was pretty excited.  I definitely need more hours in the day.

LOVED Pushing the Limits. I’m interested to see what you thought of Wake. I’ve read some of Amanda Hocking’s self-published work and I’m interested to see about Wake. I haven’t heard much about it yet. Sounds like you had a great week.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

YAY for new water heater! I can’t believe your kids are going back to school so soon. Do you live in the South in the US?

I hope you like Ashen Winter; did you read the first one? It kept me up until 3AM. I just couldn’t put it down.
