The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blogs for the week ahead.
I think this week as flown by. This is the first weekend first in several weekends that my husband has been home all weekend. We spent Saturday out with kids all day shopping. I refrained from going in the Book A Million. lol.. We had a great time. Sunday is going to be our relax day before the next busy week starts. This past week I read some really amazing books. I finished The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson, Eve & Adam by Michael Grant & Katherine Applegate, and Onyx by Jennifer Armentrout. I am almost finished with The Hallowed Ones by Laura Bickle. I should have saved this one for Fraterfest, is is super creepy and I love it. I started Ironskin on Thursday too. There will be a Tour stop for Going Under on Tuesday, and a few reviews scheduled for Magisterium by Jeff Hirsch, Going Under by Georgia Cates, and Ironskin by Tine Connolly. I recv’d some good books this week too. It was a pretty good blog week.
Here’s what happened this week:
Monday: Review: Dearly Beloved by Lia Habel
Tuesday: Tuesday’s Trailer: Alice In Zombieland by Gena Showalter
Wendesday: Waiting on Wednesday #16 The Rules & Elemental
Thursday: Guest Post & ARC Review: Gossamer (Gossamer #1) by Renita Pizzitola
Friday:It’s Finally Friday #19 Ironskin by Tina Connolly
Saturday:Upcoming New Releases for the week of 10/1

You won Swipe and Sneak! I read them for a tour, and even though it is set for Mid School readers, I was surprised as to how much I enjoyed them!!

Aw that’s great you got the weekend with hubby. And a good blogging week. I’m curious about Carnival of Souls.
Sounds like you had a great week! I’m glad you got to spend it with your entire family. I’ve been seeing Alice in Zombieland all over, I need to pick that up. Thanks for stopping by my blog, and happy reading!
Congrats on winning Swipe and Sneak! They sound amazing!
Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it!
I don’t like retellings too much (except Beastly – loved that book!), but love zombies, so I kinda want to read Alice in Zombieland
Happy reading!
