The Sunday Post #20

Posted by Jenea in Just Talking / 10 Comments

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

This week was really busy at my house. Getting back in the groove after a Fall Break with the kids. My daughter had Fall Festival on Saturday. All the classes sang songs, and they all did a great job. Of course we had to go every stop and play games. What would Fall Festival be without face painting and hay rides. They had a blast. Blog wise is was pretty good too. I managed to read a few books this week too. I finished Hidden by P.C. Cast, The Shadow Society and Conjure by Lea Nolan. This week I will have a Cover Reveal and a Tour Stop for Conjure and reviews for Hidden and The Shadow Society. I also started Moonlight and Oranges by Elise Stephens and Blind Spot by Laura Ellen. I recv’d a few book for review too.

You got some good books this week. I’m interested to see what you thought of Hidden since I still haven’t forced myself to finish Destined.

Monstrous Beauty has gotten some mixed reviews that I’ve seen, but I hope you enjoy it. Touched looks really good too.

Check out my IMM & SP.

I like the new header! Way cool and perfect for the season! Some good reads. I need to read Monstrous Beauty myself and finish Mystic City. Hope you have a great week!

I loved your reviews of Mystic City and the Hallowed Ones. Definitely checking those out next time I go! I need to investigate your borrowed and for review picks on goodreads. I’ve never heard of most of them! Thanks for stopping by our Sunday Post!
